Withdrawing items from the Inventory (Withdrawal Process)

  1. After an import process of Sales Order, user has the option to update any necessary information including the “Fulfilled Quantity” to be withdrawn. User should enter the “actual” quantity to be withdrawn especially if the inventory is not sufficient to fulfill the customer's order.

  2. After modifying the fulfilled quantity, user should click the warehouse icon to access the storage location details table. From there, user can select the specific warehouse and bin locations from which the product will be withdrawn. Additionally, the fulfilled quantity will be displayed as read-only, preventing the user from making updates to avoid discrepancies. However, they can update the fulfilled quantity again by clicking the warehouse icon.

  3. User should populate the serial number by clicking the magnifying glass. Serial number MUST NOT be entered manually. Clicking the magnifying glass will open the Serial Number Search window, which displays all results from the specified warehouse.

  4. The user should select the bin location and serial number for withdrawal by hovering the mouse over the search results and clicking on the desired option. When choosing the bin location and serial number, the user must ensure that the quantity available for withdrawal is sufficient.

  5. After selecting from the result, Serial Number, Bin Location and Base UOM fields are automatically populated.

  6. The user should fill in the "Quantity" field, which represents the number of items to be withdrawn from the selected Serial Number and Bin Location, ensuring the quantity aligns with available inventory.

  7. Using the label as a reference, the system displays the remaining quantity to be withdrawn from the inventory.

  8. When the user inputs a value into the "Quantity" field, it is subtracted from the Remaining Quantity indicated on the label.

  9. To add a new row for withdrawing products from different serial numbers and bin locations, click the add (+) icon.

  10. Once all fields in the Storage Location have been fully populated, the identifier field in the Item table will display a checkmark. This feature helps users identify which products still require the completion of the Storage Location Details.
